- Adults age 18–75
- Three or more prior depressive episodes
- Currently in remission or near-remission
- Stable antidepressant for ≥4 weeks
- BMI ≥22

This study is conducted at Optimal Research Sites, an independent clinical trial facility in Orange City, Florida. We've conducted Phase I–IV trials since 1994, with a dedicated 9-bed Phase I inpatient unit, certified sample processing laboratory, and a bilingual study team. Every trial runs under IRB oversight and ICH Good Clinical Practice standards.
