- Age 18 or older
- Severe asthma diagnosis with documented exacerbations
- Eosinophils ≥150–300 cells/µL
- High-dose inhaled corticosteroid therapy required

This study is conducted at Optimal Research Sites, an independent clinical trial facility in Orange City, Florida. We've conducted Phase I–IV trials since 1994, with a dedicated 9-bed Phase I inpatient unit, certified sample processing laboratory, and a bilingual study team. Every trial runs under IRB oversight and ICH Good Clinical Practice standards.
